Saturday morning it’s all about what you feel like doing!
The valley offers lots of different activities for you to enjoy and we would not want you to miss out on something you would really like to do! You can of course chill by the pool or sleep in but in case you feel like exploring here are your options!
Please let us know in your RSVP if you want to make a reservation for any of them as some have a limited availability of participants. We will take care of organising the reservation and you can pay directly at the hotel when you get here.
E-mountain bike tour
To make your stay at Novanta even more adventurous and to provide you with the ultimate thrill we take you on an E-mountainbiking tour through one of the most undiscovered national parks in the Tuscan mountains. You will uncover hidden spots of the Casentino forest you could never reach by walking.
E-mountain bikes are available for up to 12 people.
E-mountain biking duration: 3-4 hours

Truffle Hunting
Our great friend and talented truffle hunter Nicola will take you to seek this delicious delicacy. You will be taken on a tour of the valley… hiking over hilltops and across beautiful wild fields. Nicola knows the way, and he will entertain you with stories of his biggest finds, and best discoveries. His dogs are the experts though, even if he will tell you otherwise! Hiding underneath the surface you could find something more valuable than gold!
Adult price: €25,- per person

Hike to La Verna
Take a walk through the enchanted forest of La Verna and enjoy the magical views from the walls of the ancient monastery of San Francesco.
We encourage our guests to get up early one morning – some of the crew may join you too – and make the climb up the mountain just as the mist is rising in the valley. This is the best time to discover the forest, without any other visitors, as the trees whisper their secrets whilst you meander underneath their hundred year old branches.
The hike to La Verna is free, all you have to do is install the map provided by the team and up up up you go!
River hike
This is a great way to learn a little bit more about our mountain, where to find our wild swimming spots and the best sunbathing rocks. The Novanta crew never need asking twice to head to the river with a few beers! We plunge into the deep pools, swim though underwater tunnels and jump from boulder to boulder.
